Shipping costs of €5.00 will be charged per order. Free shipping for orders above €200.

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days after order confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Magou Trading Ltd is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Return Policy
We don’t offer exchanges. Returns cost will be borne by the customer (you).

You have 30 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection to return an item to use for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be unused with all tags attached and in original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
