Can I change my order after it's been placed?

If you want to cancel or make any changes to your placed order please contact us through the contact form. 

We cannot guarantee that we can cancel or edit an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

Can I change the products in my order?

Unfortunately, no. Once you've placed your order, we cannot change any products in it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa) and PayPal.

How long does shipping take?

Usually shipping takes around 2-5 business days. Delivery times can vary based on public holidays and internal processes. Free shipping for orders above €200.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, China and Hong Kong. Costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

You can also log into your account to view tracking updates.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking, but don’t worry, it’ll update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered. 

Our return policy

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is in its original condition, we accept returns subject to the rules below.

We don’t offer exchanges.

Returns cost will be borne by the customer (you).

You have 30 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection to return an item to use for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be unused with all tags attached and in original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days. Items must be unused with all tags attached and in original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Something's wrong with my item, what should I do?

If your item has a fault or you received a wrong item please contact our customer support and provide a photo of the faulty/incorrect item as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.

My order is incomplete, what should I do?

We're sorry if there's an item missing from your parcel. Here's what you can do:

We may have sent your order in separate parcels- if that's the case you can see that in the order confirmation email we sent you.

If you’ve received all your parcels and something you ordered is still missing, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, we'll be happy to help.

What are the recommended care instructions?

Wash inside out at a maximum of 30°C with mild detergent and similarly colored fabrics. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry and dry clean. Do not iron on prints.

Will items be restocked?

Some pieces are limited edition and will not restock.

Others may return depending on demand.
